You will work in a team to design a small AI-Digital HRM Prototype Pack for a fictional Sri Lankan organization.

Responsible AI rules

  1. Do not upload real employee, applicant, salary, medical, disciplinary, grievance, student, or institutional data.
  2. Do not use real faces, voices, photos, or videos without explicit permission.
  3. Do not use AI to rank real students, employees, or applicants.
  4. Check AI output for bias, stereotypes, mistakes, and exaggerated claims.
  5. Keep humans accountable for HR decisions.
  6. Label AI-generated media where appropriate.
